Villas d'Água shows the latest hotel design and equipment in the Algarve. With us you can choose between 2 types of units: T1 (Duplex or Triplex) and T2 (Duplex or Standard), both decorated in a modern design and fully equipped.

All units are equipped with:

• air-conditioned in the living-room
• satellite TV
• safety deposit box
• telephone with outside line (dial 0 ).

The kitchen is equipped with:

• dish-washer,
• washing machine,
• fridge and freezer,
• cooker,
• built-in oven,
• microwave,
• toaster,
• coffee machine

General conditions

Maximum Occupancy per villa:

• T1 = 2 adults / T2 = 4 adults
• Children up to 12 years old only pay 50% of the extra bed supplement
• Baby cot is free of charge

Services included on the daily rate:

• daily cleaning
• change of bed linen once a week
• change of towels twice a week
• water and electricity consumption

Bookings:

• Booking confirmation is done after the payment of a deposit. The amount of the deposit asked is 5'0% of the full amount. The remaining amount is to be paid upon check-in, except the booking for the period between July 1st and September 30th
• Between July 1st and September 30th the booking for T2 apartments are only accepted for stay of 7 (seven) nights minimum
• Reservations for July, August and September will be confirmed after the full payment of the stay, 15 days before check-in
• For a partial or full cancellation of the booking we will charged 50% of the full amount. In case of No Show we will charge 100% of full amount of your stay.
• Extra beds have to asked in advance. If we realize that there are more people using the villa than the maximum occupancy, Villas d'Àgua will charge daily as many extra beds as extra people in the unit

Damages:
During check-in will be asked for a deposit of ?250,00 to cover eventual damages. This deposit will be returned upon check-out after the housekeeper check your unit for damages. You can leave your deposit on cash or credit card.

Important:
The acceptance of this rules is part of the rental contract of the unit, therefore not complying with them implies contract termination and immediate departure without compensation or refund
